Crispy Cornflake Chicken made with JD Seasonings AWARD WINNING Chicken Rub
If you like your chicken crispy on the outside, this cornflake hack is a must-try!
Our Chicken Rub adds plenty of flavour, too.
- 1 x Pot of JD Seasonings Chicken Rub
- 4 x Chicken Breasts
- 90g Cornflakes, crushed
- 50g Plain flour
- 1 x Beaten egg
- Low calorie cooking spray
Combine the Chicken Rub and plain flour together.
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture before dipping in the beaten egg, followed by
the cornflakes until well coated.
Transfer to an oven-proof dish lined with baking paper.
Spray well with low calorie cooking spray and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the
chicken has cooked through.
Slice and serve with your side of choice.
