Cajun Salmon & Halloumi Skewers made with JD Seasonings AWARD WINNING Cajun
We love making a variety of skewers – they’re perfect for BBQs and lunches and there are so many combinations you can make with our blends! These Cajun Salmon and Halloumi Skewers, made with our award winning Cajun Rub, are a must-try.
- 1/2 x Pot of JD Seasonings Cajun
- 4 x Boneless salmon fillets
- 300g Reduced fat halloumi
- 2 x Peppers, chopped
- 1 x Red onion, chopped into large chunks
Cut the salmon fillets into large chunks and coat in half a pot of JD Seasonings Cajun.
Load the veg, salmon and halloumi onto your skewers.
Pop some foil down and cook on the grill or BBQ, turning frequently, for around 20 minutes until cooked through and serve.
