Breakfast Hash made with JD Seasonings AWARD WINNING Chips & Wedges
A super simple and tasty traybake, featuring delicious salmon fillets and halloumi, along with our award winning Chips & Wedges and lots of veggies.
- ½ x Pot of JD Seasonings Chips & Wedges
- 1 x Red onion, diced
- 4 x Baking potatoes, peeled and diced
- 100g Baby plum tomatoes
- 4 x Medium eggs
- 160g Asparagus, cut into thirds
- 50g Baby spinach
- 1 x Yellow pepper, diced
- 8 x Bacon medallions, diced
- 100g Mushrooms, sliced
- Low calorie cooking spray
Coat your potatoes in our Chips & Wedges Rub and pan-fry in low calorie cooking spray for around 10 minutes, until turning golden.
Add the red onion and bacon and fry for another 5 minutes, followed by the mushrooms for a further 3 minutes.
Throw in the diced pepper and tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the spinach for around 3 minutes, until wilted and combined with everything else.
Make four wells in the mixture and spray with more low calorie cooking spray before cracking your eggs into them.
Fry for 6-7 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking, and serve.
