How do I search for a product?

You can browse for the product you want by selecting ‘SHOP’ from the main menu and choosing which type of product for are looking for. You can also then narrow down your search by the category menu on the left of the shop pages.

I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?

To meet our dispatch timings we could commence work on your order as soon as the order is placed. If you wish to amend an order please call us straight away on: 0800 689 0927 and we will do our best to help you, if you order has not already been dispatched.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Please enter your discount code in the discount box when going through the checkout process. Please make sure that you select the ‘update’ button for this to be applied to your order. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order and discount codes cannot be redeemed when buying gift vouchers.

How do I pay for an order?

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed on the site or alternatively you can pay through PayPal. We also take security very seriously, so you have peace of mind that your details will be safe with us.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept the following cards: VISA, VISA DEBIT and MASTERCARD. We also accept payments via PAYPAL.

What currencies do you accept?

You can pay using UK Pound Sterling (GPD).

Do you have a shop?

Unfortunately we do not have a shop however, if you would like to see us in a farm shop, butcher or deli green grocers near you please contact us at [email protected]

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our aim is to post out every order we receive on the same working day if ordered by 2pm, however, in times of extreme busy periods orders can take a little longer to process than normal.

Are JD's kits suitable if I am on a diet plan?

YES. JD’s kits are usable on most diet plans. At JD’s we believe in healthy eating. There is a healthy recipe on the inside of every box as well as the recipes on our website. We have used low calorie cooking spray and meat that is typically less than 5% fat in our recipes to aid people following diets. However, there is nothing stopping the consumer using oils or a splash of wine if desired.

Are JD's kits great value for money?

Recipes can be made from as little as £6 to feed a family of 4. Including the price of the kit. At JD’s we like to keep the cost of meals low for the consumer.

Is it just herbs & spices?

YES. We are very proud of the fact that NO oils, fat, sugar, preservatives and additives are used. Only 100% NATURAL ingredients in every kit.

How many servings are in each kit?

Each kit serves 4+ depending on portion size & can be seen on the front of each pack.

Will there be new flavours?

YES. We don’t believe in standing still and will strive to give customers just what they want.

Are JD's kits suitable for vegetarians?

YES. All of our range are suitable for vegetarians. Swap meat for fish, vegetables, tofu or quorn to make a lovely vegetarian option.

Allergen information

The only allergen that JD Seasonings has on site is mustard.
Although we do not add any of the following products to our blends they may contain traces of Cereals containing gluten wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, Peanuts, Soybeans, Nuts, Celery, Mustard Dairy and and Sesame seeds due to our suppliers handling these products.
You can find the products containing mustard added by JD Seasonings under the ingredients list on the packaging of the specific product, for example, Burger blend or under the ingredients list on our website.

How do I change the details on my account?

Once you have signed up, you will be able to log into My Account anytime you want and from here you can change your password, email address and postal address details if you need to.

If you haven’t visited us in a while, it’s worth checking My Account to make sure all your details are up to date.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No you do not have to set up an account; you can use our express guest checkout option. But creating an account does make it easier to buy from us again as you will not have to fill in your details every time you shop. Setting up your account is quick and easy, it can be done before you start browsing or when you come to checkout.

How do I check if I have placed an order or check the progress of my order?

If you have a JD Seasonings account, login and view the orders page in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. This page will show all your orders and let you know when an order has been dispatched.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use a secure payment gateway called Stripe, which offers you the highest level of security to protect businesses and shoppers from data theft and fraud.

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name and address. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

I am having problems buying from your site

If you are having technical problems, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will endeavour to help you. To help us solve the issue for you, please include as many of the following details as possible:

  • Your Operating System (e.g. Windows 10, Mac OS X El Capitan)
  • Internet Browser (e.g. Firefox 69, Google Chrome)

If you are not sure what your browser is, you can visit which will provide you with a link to share with us, which gives us all the details of your browser and version.

  • What page you were trying to access
  • What time the problem occurred
  • Please cut and paste into the email any error message that appeared on the screen.

My payment has been declined

Don't worry. This can happen for a number of reasons. If you have ample funds, it's most likely to be one of the following...

  • A card digit has been entered wrong
  • Billing address is different to the address the bank card is registered to.

If the problem persists try a different card or give us a call on 0800 689 0927.

I am having problems receiving an email from your site

If you have not received an email that should have been sent from the site (such as a confirmation of an order or a forgotten password reset) there are a few steps you can take to fix this:
1. Check you have entered your email address correctly. If you can log in to your JD Seasonings account this will be the email address you use on the login screen, check this is correct. If you find your account is using an incorrect email address please contact us at [email protected] to let us know and we can update this for you.
2. Can you receive other emails at this address? You could check this by sending yourself an email from a different email account or asking a friend to send you something.
3. You may need to check your spam or junk folder or unblock [email protected]
4. Have you run out of space for new emails? Consult your email provider for instructions on what to do, or how to find out. 
5. If you still don't receive the email from us and you want to make sure your order has been placed correctly, view the orders page in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. This page will show all your orders and let you know when an order has been dispatched.
