Cajun Rainbow Veggie Skewers made with JD Seasonings AWARD WINNING Cajun
One of the simplest skewer combinations to make, these veggie-loaded kebabs, made with our Cajun Rub, make a fantastic addition to any barbeque!
Ingredients
- 1 x Pot of JD Seasonings Cajun Rub
- 2 x Courgette, sliced
- 2 x, Red onion, cut into thick chunks
- 4 x Peppers, cut into thick chunks
Method
STEP 1:
Prep your veg and mix together before coating in the full pot of JD Seasonings’ Cajun and setting to one side for about half an hour.
STEP 2:
Load onto your skewers and grill on the BBQ for about 7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
STEP 3:
Serve as a BBQ side or with spicy rice and salad for a delicious, meat-free meal.
