Bang Bang Cauliflower

Bang Bang Cauliflower made with JD Seasonings Piri Piri
Bang Bang Cauliflower is quickly becoming a go-to meat free option, perfect for a starter or light lunch. We’ve used our Piri Piri Rub to give these cauliflower bites the kick they need!
- 1 x Pot of JD Seasonings Piri Piri Rub
- 2 x Cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 4 x Tsp honey
- 1\2 x Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 100g Plain breadcrumbs
- 50g Plain flour
- Sesame seeds
- 2 x Spring onion
- 100ml Semi-skimmed milk
- Low calorie cooking spray
Mix the breadcrumbs and flour with half a pot of JD Seasonings Piri Piri.
Once your cauliflower is cut into florets, dip each one in the milk before coating in the breadcrumb mixture and placing on a tray, lined with baking paper and sprayed with low calorie cooking spray. Make sure to leave a gap between the florets.
Spray with more cooking spray and bake for around 20 minutes before carefully flipping over and placing back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
While your cauliflower is cooking, mix the sweet chilli sauce, honey and remaining half a pot of JD Seasonings Piri Piri together for your bang bang sauce.
Once the cauliflower has cooked, pour over the bang bang sauce and mix until all the florets are coated. Sprinkle over your sesame seeds and chopped spring onion and serve.
